Just a quck post from the U.K. today but one I hope will interest readers.
Bobby Clampett has written a golf instruction book that senior Canadian golf writer, Lorne Rubenstein reviews here.
Rubenstein knows a thing or two about instruction books, having written one for David Leadbetter analyzing Ben Hogan's swing. It's a dandy.
So when Rubenstein says Bobby Clampett's book is the best he's read this year, I sit up and pay attention.
I had an interesting visit at West Hill Golf Club, ranked #35 in Great Britain, a venerable old course. Pictures and post coming in the days ahead but it epitomizes private golf clubs in Great Britain - right down to the club blazer and club tie worn by the members.
