Fight Winter. Stretch More!

Katherine Roberts
The winter months for those of us in the northern hemisphere are characterized by a great degree of immobility. In other words, we hibernate and don't move much.
And that doesn't do a great deal for our bodies. Not only is weight gain in winter a common problem, but so too is an increased lack of flexibility.

Katherine Roberts is a well-known name in golf fitness circles. She is a yoga expert and instructor but is also now involved with bio-mechanics.
She is beginning a series of articles and accompanying embedded videos on The Golf Channel's website.
