How To Stretch a 4 Iron Into a 3 Wood

Sometimes technology outsmarts itself. For some reason part one of my interview with Roger Fredericks simply disappeared from this blog site. Don't ask me why – I haven't a clue. So here it is again with my apologies to those who were looking for it!
Roger Fredericks is not just another guy selling stuff on The Golf Channel.
In fact, buying Fredericks' series of three DVDs entitled "Roger Fredericks Reveals Secrets to Golf Swing Flexibility" could be the best money you've ever spent on improving your golf swing.
Here's what it comes down to: as we get older, we lose flexibility. That shortens the old backswing and costs us distance, sometimes even direction.
What many do at that point is rush to their nearest golf retailer and invest more money in a new piece of equipment.
What the smart ones do is work on getting fit and flexible. Long, long before Tiger Woods showed the world the benefits of working out and being in shape, Gary Player was doing it.
No one listened then. But Player, now well into his 70s, can still go toe to toe with today's PGA players; he did so at the Masters last month, shooting a 77 in round two, one shot better than Adam Scott, J.J. Henry, David Toms and a few others.
Not too shabby for a senior citizen.
I say that Roger Fredericks is not just another guy selling stuff on The Golf Channel for another good reason: he absolutely knows what he's talking about.
I interviewed Roger earlier this week from his home in San Diego and I was greatly impressed by the extent and depth of his knowledge when it comes to the human body and biomechanics.
I think you will be, too, when you hear what he has to say in part one of our interview.
Part two will appear tomorrow but, right now, pull up a chair and listen to how you can add distance to your game and quite possibly years to your life.
As always, allow a couple of minutes for the download.
