Golf Fitness

Today I'm presenting part two of my interview with fitness expert and golf pro, Roger Fredericks.
Roger talks about what happens to our bodies with age and what we can do to, literally, slow the tide and stay young.
Staying young is the bonus to Roger's system of stretching for golfers. The real motherlode is how much flexibility can improve your golf game.
Being flexible means your backswing is longer. You can also turn your hips faster. And that means greater clubhead speed at contact. Bingo: more distance.
But don't take it from me. Listen to what Roger Fredericks has to say.
He's a very convincing fellow.
