If You Don't Laugh, You'll Cry
What is the key to a good golf swing? I mean, the most important fundamental?

If you're thinking "grip" or "takeaway" or "stance" or anything like that, I respectfully suggest you are wrong!

The key to a good golf swing is a sense of humor. After all, when your tee shot goes straight into the pond you had been telling yourself 15 seconds previously to avoid, a sense of humor can allow you to laugh it off ( I should practice what I preach...).

Even if you've just lost a $9 Nike One Platinum.

So, it is with that sense of humor in mind that, today, I take a break from "hard news" and re-print a joke I received via email.

I want to thank my golfing buddy, Kevin Cheu at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporationlinks for this one.

It goes like this:

"Hi Guys,
Some of you have asked what the heck I've been doing regarding my next book .Well, you might be surprised to know that I have been very busy over the past two years putting my thoughts and ideas together in a book about Golf.

I am very proud of the results and in order to market the publication, I am asking friends and family to be the first to own a copy.

Here is the Table of Contents from my new book, "Winning Golf Strategies", which I believe gives the reader valuable playing tips and insider information that I have gained through my own years of experience in the game and observations of golfing partners.

I look forward to your feedback.
